Our Nurses (RNs and LPNs) are specially trained to care for a variety of patients who are critically ill or injured,or those with minor trauma or illness. Patient Care Specialists (PCS), Paramedics and Unit Secretaries assist the doctors and nurses with many patient care tasks.
The registration clerk will ask for photo identification, your mother's maiden name, your current address and phone number. After the doctor has seen you, or while you are waiting, a copy of your insurance card will be made to assist us in filing your insurance claim, if appropriate. This information is important because it help us to serve you better. The staff can also use it if a follow-up call is necessary.
