Lost and Found

Patients are asked not to bring items of value to the medical center. If you do bring a valuable item, it should be deposited in the safe in the Safety and Security Department. Items will be picked up by Security and you will be given written receipt for all items, which must be presented, when you withdraw them. The medical center does not accept responsibility for items of value unless they are deposited in the safe. If you lose something, please notify your nurse immediately and we will make every effort to help you find it. Unclaimed articles are turned in to the Safety and Security Department. To inquire about lost articles, call the Safety and Security Department at extension 2291 prior to your departure from the medical center.
