St. John’s Welcomes New Physician Gretchen Shull, M.D.

Gretchen Shull, M.D.

Joplin, Mo. – St. John’s Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Gretchen Shull, MD to the medical staff.

Dr. Shull graduated summa cum laude from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, MO. with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  She attended the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Medicine, Columbia, MO. where she received her MD.  She went on to complete her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Kansas, Kansas City, KS.

Over her career, Dr. Shull has received numerous awards and distinctions, including the Glenn Dolence Leadership Award, Outstanding Graduate for the Department of Biological Sciences (Missouri Southern State University), Medical Student Achievement Award (The Endocrine Society) and Chief Resident (University of Kansas).
