STJ Welcomes New Physician Lance Borup, DO

Joplin, Mo. – St. John’s Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Lance Borup, DO to the medical staff.
Dr. Borup graduated magna cum laude from Weber State University, Ogden, UT. With a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. He received his DO from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, MO. Dr. Borup completed his internship and began his residency at University of North Texas Health Science Center, Fort Worth, TX. He completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital, Fort Worth, TX.
He’s a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology and served a major in the United States Air Force.
Dr. Borup’s specialty is radiology and he began his work as a St. John’s Radiologist on July 7.
