St. John’s Celebrates National Volunteer Week

Joplin, Mo. – St. John’s Regional Medical Center will host a Volunteer Appreciation Fair on April 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Mercy Conference Center. The Fair is the conclusion of the celebration of National Volunteer Week, April 19 – 25.
This year’s celebration theme is “Volunteers Rock” and the fair will feature refreshments, door prizes and vendors. St. John’s is proud to honor the more than 300 volunteers who give their time and talents to the organization. There are eight different volunteer groups as St. John’s: Auxiliary, General, Pet Therapy, Hospice, Prestige, Teen, Angels in Waiting and Mended Hearts.
