Fight the Flu - $15 Flu Shots

Tuesday, October 28, 7am-11am (or while supply lasts), St. Johns Boulevard. Vehicles must enter St. Johns Boulevard from 32nd Street.
Please wear short sleeves. No appointment necessary - first come, first served. $15 flu shots are available for those age 18 and over.
People with a severe allergy to eggs or who have a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome should NOT receive the influenza vaccine. If you are ill, contact your doctor before getting the vaccine.
