St. John’s Celebrates October in Pink

St. John’s Regional Medical Center is planning several events in the month of October to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The goal of the events is to bring awareness to women in the four states about their risks and encourage them to get their annual mammogram to help with early detection of breast cancer.
October’s Events
- October 1st – 31st
- St.John’s glows PINK
- all building lights will be pink for the month
- Pink Ribbon Tree
- pink ribbons for tree will be sold for $1
- proceeds benefit women who can’t afford the cost of a mammogram
- Breast Cancer t-shirts will be sold
- proceeds benefit women who can’t afford the cost of a mammogram
