One of the first Foundation projects was to provide heart defibrillators to local and regional first responders. These life-saving devices are used to “restart the heart”, and are essential for treatment of some heart attack victims and other critical heart emergencies. The Foundation funded this first project and continues to serve the community in meeting health needs.
