Memorial and Honor Gifts
These gifts are in memory or in honor of a loved one, family, friend, physician, nurse(s), co-worker, company, or anyone you wish. The person honored, or the family of the person memorialized is notified of the gift. The amount of your gift is not disclosed to the recipient.
Memorial gifts represent a heartfelt way to honor the memory of others. Honor gifts are excellent birthday, anniversary, get-well, holiday or any special occasion acknowledgements.
To make a memorial or an honor gift, please include with your donation check or credit card information the name of the person to be memorialized or the name of the person, family, physician, nurse, co-worker, etc. to be honored along with their address and mail to the:
