Home Health Overview

We request that you limit the number of visitors to two per patient in the Emergency Department at a time. For your safety and the privacy of our patients, visitors must remain in the patient's room or the waiting room. For safety, bed rails may be placed up when the patient is lying in bed. During critical situations, or if there are large numbers of patients in the Emergency Department, visitors may be delayed from visiting a family member, or may be asked to leave the patient's room. Families of critical patients may be asked to wait in the Family Quite Room. Every effort will be made to keep you informed of your loved one's condition. If you have any questions, feel free to speak with the nurse caring for your loved one. Our health care specialists will be glad to answer your questions about our services. To contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, please call 417-625-2300.

Firearms are not allowed on these premises.

Please remember that patients in the Emergency Department who are the most critically injured or sick will be seen before the patients who are less critically injured or sick.
