Drink up ladies! A drink a day may keep dementia away. That's the conclusion of a new study that found that older women who had one alcoholic drink a day had a 20 percent reduced risk of cognitive impairment, compared to women who abstained.

With our hectic lives, sometimes it's hard to get to sleep, or stay asleep. It’s estimated, 70 million Americans experience some degree of sleeplessness every year. Doctors say there are four things you can do to help you catch your zzz’s. First, go to sleep at the same time every night. Exercise regularly, at least three hours before bed. Avoid caffeine late in the day. And if you have trouble falling asleep after 15 minutes, get up and read or watch TV until you feel sleepy.
