St. John's Hospital, in Joplin - St. John's Regional Medical Center has been the leading health care provider throughout the Four-State area for over 100 years. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1896, St. John's hospital has grown into a comprehensive and advanced health system of hospitals in Joplin, Missouri doctors and specialized medical services. St. John's is faith based institution, we bring a unique blend of ministry to the healing powers of medicine while serving families in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. St. John’s offers state-of-the-art services in areas of cardiology, cancer care, orthopedics, neurosciences, obstetrics and pediatrics. We provide rehabilitation services, skilled nursing and a Level 2 trauma center. St. John’s medical staff consists of more than 250 physicians representing more than 40 specialties. They are supported by over 22 hundred skilled employees.
